At Pooch Palace Kennels Ltd., this is our warranty regarding dogs or puppies purchased from us: Our warranty includes a lifetime return (with re-sale value being returned to owner of dog), temperament and trainability guarantee, in addition to: A) Hernias and/or retained testicles - up to a total of $ 50.00 will be paid toward the cost of correction, providing the animal is no older than 7 months of age and is being altered at the same time. B) Cherry Eye - (appears suddenly, usually between 9 and 12 weeks of age, looks like a small pink or red bubble in the corner of the eye, close to bridge of nose) will be covered until 18 months of age, up to 1/2 of the cost for a maximum of $150.00 to do both eyes, providing the veterinarian doing the correction has been chosen by Pooch Palace Kennels Ltd. C) Major, Chronic or Fatal Illness - (not related to normal aging process) to be handled on a per animal basis, for a one time only refund maximum of up to the purchase price of the dog, providing a genetic link is proven. In the case of a sudden fatal illness, an autopsy report must be available on request. These conditions include epilepsy, internal organ problems causing surgery (stones) or chronic care (major organ reduced function or failure), allergies, digestive, optic and bone structural problems. Major genetic health problems do effect about 3 to 5% of all dogs sold. Diagnostic costs will be the responsibility of the owner unless Pooch Palace Kennels Ltd. has been informed prior to the work being done, and has had the opportunity to negotiate as to which veterinarian will provide the service needed. In such cases a clear congenital or genetic link must be proven and the amount to be refunded will be undertaken on a strictly compassionate, percentage, per case basis, with Pooch Palace Kennels Ltd. having no responsibility to do so.
